Baseball attire includes jersey, pants, socks, belt, hat, helmet, and baseball cleats. The team or organization generally provides the jersey and hat. The rest is usually up to you to buy.
As with everything in baseball attire, there are so many baseball cleats to choose from. They come in molded, metal, and turf shoes. Metal cleats start at 14U and up. However, some facilities only allow molded or turf shoes on the pitching mounds. I recommend you confirm with your league and facility rules before purchasing. As you know, shoes vary widely due to the variability in everyone's feet. We have had much success with New Balance, Nike and Under Armour. Our recommended picks for each type are as follows:

Organizations will generally give you guidelines on color and type of pants to buy for your baseball attire. Once you know that, our go to places to buy have been Amazon, Academy, Scheels, and Dick's Sporting Goods. As with shoes, you will figure out what works best based on your player's body. Some brands fit tall and lanky kids better. Some brands fit short and thick kids better. My son falls into the tall and lanky category, and we have found that Nike and Under Armour work the best for his body type. Another thing to consider is long vs. short (i.e. knickers) pants. Sometimes the coach will specify, but more times than not, it is the kid's preference. Lastly, just know they will get torn. You will want to make sure you have a spare or two. Our recommended picks are below.

Note: The most difficult part of baseball pants is keeping them clean. Check out a Blog post my wife authored here for tips that might help.
Last, but not least, are the accessories. Do not forget helmets, belts, socks, and protective cup to complete your player's baseball attire. Be sure to know your coaches and organizations guidelines before purchasing. In certain instances, some of these will be provided.
