If you are reading this you might be new to youth baseball or have a player in Little League. That is awesome. At some point, we were all new to the game of baseball. The goal here is to get you in the know and to get you excited!
You might be surprised, the history of baseball dates back to the 18th century. The first ball clubs were then formed in the mid-1830s. As you can imagine, Little League and youth baseball came along later in 1939, but baseball has been around for almost two centuries.

The rules of Little League baseball vary slightly depending on age and league. You will want to review your specific youth baseball rules which should be provided on their website or by your coach. However, the standard rules can be found here.
